1. Delivery Policy

We strive to ensure your carefully crafted pieces reach you as swiftly and securely as possible.

  • Order Processing: Standard orders are processed, packed, and handed over to our trusted courier partners within 1 to 3 business days. For custom-made or pre-order heirloom items, specific delivery timelines are detailed on the respective product pages.
  • Tracking Your Order: Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing a unique tracking number and a link to monitor your delivery status in real-time.
  • Inspection Upon Delivery: Please visually inspect your package before accepting it from the courier. If the exterior packaging is torn, wet, or visibly compromised, do not accept the delivery. Request the courier to issue a "Damage Assessment Report" (Hasar Tespit Tutanağı) and notify us immediately.

2. Cancellation & Return Policy

Your satisfaction is our priority. If a piece does not perfectly meet your expectations, we are here to help.

  • Right of Withdrawal: In compliance with consumer protection laws, the Buyer reserves the right to withdraw from the contract without providing any justification and without incurring any penalty within 14 (fourteen) days from the date the product is received.
  • Strict Conditions for Clothing Returns: To qualify for a return or exchange, the garment must be completely unused, unwashed, unaltered, and completely free of any odors (perfume, smoke, etc.) or stains (makeup, deodorant). All original brand tags and hygiene seals must remain strictly attached in their original positions.
  • Non-Returnable Items: Items customized to specific measurements or personalized upon the Buyer's request are strictly exempt from the right of withdrawal.
  • Initiating a Return: Please send an email to info@munevvergunayli.tr with your order number. Upon approval, you will receive detailed instructions and a return shipping code.
  • Refund Process: Once your return is received at our workshop and passes our quality inspection, approved refunds will be automatically credited to your original method of payment (credit/debit card) within 3 to 7 business days. Please note that your bank's processing times may vary.
