Distance Sales Contract

ARTICLE 1 — PARTIES

1.2. BUYER:
The individual or corporate entity purchasing goods from the website. The billing and delivery data entered by the Buyer during checkout shall serve as the official record.

ARTICLE 2 — SUBJECT OF THE CONTRACT

The subject of this comprehensive contract is to establish and determine the mutual rights and obligations of both parties in strict accordance with the provisions of the Turkish Law No. 6502 on the Protection of the Consumer and the Regulation on Distance Contracts, concerning the electronic sale and physical delivery of the product ordered by the BUYER.

ARTICLE 3 — DELIVERY PROVISIONS AND PAYMENT

3.1. The purchased product shall be securely packaged and delivered to the physical address specified by the BUYER via our contracted courier company. The Seller is legally obligated to fulfill this delivery within a maximum period of 30 days from the order date.
3.2. All financial transactions are securely processed via credit card or debit card utilizing an encrypted, PCI-DSS compliant payment infrastructure (iyzico). The Seller holds no liability for payment failures stemming from the Buyer's banking institution.

ARTICLE 4 — RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL & HYGIENE CONDITIONS

4.1. The BUYER may exercise their legal right of withdrawal within 14 (fourteen) days following the physical delivery of the goods to their address.
4.2. Crucial Stipulation for Clothing: To successfully exercise the right of withdrawal, the garment must be returned in an impeccable, resalable condition. It must be entirely unused, unwashed, devoid of any alterations, stains, or absorbed odors (e.g., perfume). All original brand labels, tags, and hygiene seals must remain uncut and attached in their original factory state.
4.3. Custom-tailored items, pieces produced with bespoke measurements, or products explicitly modified at the BUYER's request are permanently excluded from the right of withdrawal.

ARTICLE 5 — DISPUTE RESOLUTION AND JURISDICTION

In the event of any dispute arising from the interpretation or execution of this contract, the Consumer Arbitration Committees (up to the monetary threshold annually declared by the Ministry of Trade of the Republic of Turkey) and the Consumer Courts located in the jurisdiction of either the BUYER’s or SELLER’s legal residence are exclusively authorized to resolve the matter.
